Pixie Italian is seeking an experienced pasta chef to run the hot/pasta section in our modern Italian kitchen. You will prepare and execute pasta and gnocchi dishes during service, ensuring proper seasoning, al dente texture, and beautiful plating.
The role requires hands-on leadership in a quick-paced environment, with certification in commercial cookery or equivalent hospitality training. You will mentor junior staff and maintain food safety at all times.
