Availability - Weekday Monday to Friday 5am - 10pm and Weekend shifts Sat/'Sun 6am - 6pm
Your Role
As a Receptionist, you will deliver a five-star experience every single shift. You'll set the tone at the front of house, keep our standards high, and make sure every member and guest feels genuinely welcomed from hello to goodbye.
What you'll be doing:
As a key point of contact for our members and guests, you'll be responsible for:
Greeting members by name with warm energy, professionalism and turning every interaction into a positive one
Delivering an exceptional experience to every prospect, new member and current members
Supporting in achieving daily MDE/KPIs and monthly budgets
Managing bookings, member check-ins, phone/email queries across Reception, wellness, day spa & allied health and retail sales
Supporting member retention across cancellation and lapsed visitations
Managing overdue accounts and compliance with care and professionalism
Keeping the database & task management system spotless
Promoting club programs, special events, promotions & retail
Onboarding new members – app setup, tags, photos
Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, efficient front-of-house operations
Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues




What you'll bring/ Qualifications:
Previous reception or customer service experience
Experience (leadership experience is a bonus)
A genuine belief that outstanding service is the key to everything
A qualified appearance and demeanour
Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or the willingness to obtain them)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office Management software
Strong written and verbal communication skillsSharp attention to detail and problem solving skills
The confidence to approach members and lead by example
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Outstanding organisation and time management
Honesty, integrity and a positive approach to change
You thrive in a fast-paced, premium workplace
You're naturally organised, proactive, and people-focused
You bring a high standard of personal presentation and communication

Previous experience in customer service, front desk, fitness or wellness is highly regarded, but energy, attitude, and reliability matter most
