Key responsibilities
Managing stock levels, merchandising and store presentation
Delivering solid customer service in store and driving sales targets
Helping with rostering and day-to-day store operations
Assisting with E-Com occasionally
About you
Solid surf retail experience — non-negotiable
Genuine knowledge of surfboards, wetsuits and surf hardware
