As the Senior Physiotherapist you will deliver high standard, consumer focused, cross cultural, community based clinical care at a senior physiotherapist level. Collaborating with consumers, multidisciplinary team members, acute facilities, government and non-government providers.| Workplace Location | Cairns region,Far North Qld |The Adult Community Health Service includes Chronic Conditions Management, Community Rehabilitation, Post-acute, and Persistent Pain Management service. The multidisciplinary team works closely with acute services and Primary Care including General Practice and many other non-Government services to enable clients to better self-manage their health. Oral Health, Sexual Health, Home Support Programs, ACAT and Child, Youth and Family Services are co-located onsite.
