About the Role /n
As an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Port Wentworth, GA , you'll work one-on-one with children in their home or clinic setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .
Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

Key responsibilities:

/n
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes
/n
- Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
/n
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
/n
- Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
/n
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
/n

What We're Looking For /n
Required:

- Active RBT certification
/n
- High school diploma or equivalent
/n
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
/n
- Experience working with children across different ages and abilities
/n
/n
Preferred:
/n
/n
- TRICARE certification
/n
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
