Cook

Nadia's Cafe Blacktown is looking for an experienced Cook to join the team. Duties to be performed:

- Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
- Support the ordering of food and supplies
- Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
- Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
- Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner during the cooking process
- Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
- Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
- Develop menu suggestion
- Check on store food and supplies are delivered
- Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills,



and various cooking equipment

Requirement:

- Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
- Able to work under pressure
- Positive time management

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)

Location: 17 Patrick St, Blacktown NSW 2148

Salary: $79,000 – 90,000 per year
