/nReporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside an experienced Home Sales Consultant, you will kick-start your sales career learning from experienced sales guns. The project home builder you will represent has a long-standing household name in the NSW housing market and is consistently known for their brand and quality builds, meaning you can truly work on selling a brand you can trust.

/nIn this role you will be working across;/n
/n
/n
- Meet & greet of all customers to enter the display home centres & home centre maintenance
/n
- Qualifying all clients and leads
/n
- CRM database management
/n
- Booking meetings for Home Consultants
/n
- Market research
/n
- Reporting on trends and providing feedback to Manager & Sales Consultants surrounding customer visits and feedback
/n
- Understanding of marketing material
/n
- General sales administration support
/n
/n
About You /n
/nYou will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment. You will also possess;/n
/n
/n
- 1-2 years professional experience within a customer service / sales role & environment
/n
- Experience within residential construction is a MUST / REAL ESTATE experience also attractive
/n
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload
/n
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
/n
- Available to work on weekends & public holidays ( you will work a 5 day roster with your days off being weekdays)
/n
Remuneration & Benefits /n
/nThe successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of around $65K+superannuation./n
