Task & responsibilities

- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Assist with Prep of garnishes, sauces, line items
- Undertake basic cooking duties
- Adhere to health and safety obligations
- Support section management

Qualification & experience

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
