The Opportunity

You’ll start by learning the ropes on reception, assisting with admin and inspections, and supporting our property management team. Think of it as your launchpad, with full training and mentoring to set you up for success.

- Support the property management team in all aspects of property management including property inspections

- Progress into property management with no weekend work once you’ve stepped up

- Be guided by experienced property managers who want to see you grow

What We’re Looking For

We’re not after years of real estate experience. We’re looking for the right person with the right drive. If you come from hospitality, retail, or customer service,



you already have the skills we value most: communication, resilience, and a genuine people-first attitude.

To be successful, you’ll also need:

- A current driver’s licence and reliable car

- To be organised, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge

- A hunger to build a long-term career in real estate

You may already hold a Certificate of Registration (or be in the process of getting one), but if not we’ll guide you through the process.
