Project Coordinator - Digital & Newsroom Technology

We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation to appoint a Project Coordinator to support two major digital and technology transformation programs.
Working closely with experienced Project Managers and their delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised, tracking delivery and coordinating stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Editorial and Technology.
This is a outstanding opportunity for a Project Coordinator, PMO professional or Junior Project Manager looking to build experience across large-scale digital and technology transformation.

The Role:

- Support delivery across both Digital Engineering/CMS and Video & Newsroom Technology programs.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, actions and dependencies.
- Coordinate governance forums, meetings, workshops and delivery cadence.
- Prepare status reports, project documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Track actions, risks and dependencies across multiple delivery teams.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Product, Editorial and Technology stakeholders.
- Support Agile delivery and broader program governance activities.

About You:





You’ll have experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO or Junior Project Manager role and be confident working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.

- Experience supporting technology, digital or transformation projects.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing project documentation, actions, schedules and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of delivery coordination.

Exposure to CMS/WordPress, video technology, APIs, digital platforms or engineering environments will be highly regarded.
