Located in Nambour QLD, The Wine Cellar Company specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom wine cellars and bespoke timber storage solutions. The company is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to become part of its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
- Measuring, marking, and preparing materials for construction and installation projects
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and other materials
- Constructing, installing, renovating, and repairing timber structures, fittings, and custom wine cellar components
- Installing fixtures, fittings, and timber structures in accordance with project requirements
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspecting completed work and carrying out adjustments where necessary
- Ensuring all work is completed to required quality standards and project specifications
- Maintaining a clean and secure work environment




- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and client requirements

About You:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ability to accurately measure, mark, and prepare materials for construction and installation projects
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: $79,000 - $89,000 per annum
