About the role

As our Accounts Officer, you will play a key role in keeping our day-to-day financial processes accurate, timely and well organised. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, debt collection, general ledger journals and month-end support.

Key responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, payments, creditor documentation and general ledger journals.

- Manage debt collection activities and credit applications in line with established procedures.

- Reconcile bank and customer accounts, supplier statements, and investigate discrepancies.

- Assist with month-end processes, end-of-period tasks and financial reporting.

- Prepare correspondence and work confidently with Microsoft Word, Excel and ODOO accounting software.

- Respond professionally to internal and external enquiries and support accounting processes across departments.

About you





- Accuracy, accounts experience, organisation, effective communication, a strong team-oriented spirit, and Microsoft Office skills.

- Highly Regarded but not essential: Odoo experience and any relevant inventory, wholesale, or e-commerce background.
