(Please note that dental receptionist and dental assisting experience are essential.)

About the role

As a key front line reception staff, your responsibilities will include and not limited to:

- Welcoming patients and providing warm, professional front-of-house care

- Managing appointments, recalls, treatment bookings and follow-ups

- Processing payments on Hicaps and assisting with general accounts administration

- Assisting our dentists with clinical procedures including implant set up if required

- Using your excellent communication skills to ensure patients receive a smooth and caring experience

We value people who naturally notice what needs to be done and are happy to lend a hand — whether that means helping a patient, assisting a clinician or simply making sure the practice is running smoothly.

About you

We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist.

You will ideally have:

- At least 2 years' experience in dental reception/front-office





- At least 1 year of dental assisting/chairside experience ideally including dental implant procedures

- Good understanding of, or hands-on experience with, dental implants set up and procedures

- Experience with sterilisation and infection-control procedures

- Excellent communication and patient-care skills

- A warm, friendly and reassuring manner with patients

- Solid organisational and administrative skills

- Experience processing payments and handling financial transactions

- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy practice

- A willingness to help wherever required

- The maturity and confidence to work independently when needed

Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is highly regarded, but is not essential.

Implant dentistry is an important part of our practice, so experience in this area would be particularly valuable.

We would love to hear from someone who has previously assisted with implant procedures and understands the patient journey involved — from consultation and treatment planning through to surgery and follow-up.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, kind and genuinely cares about doing a good job.
