The Lakes & Ocean Hotel is a much-loved Forster local, serving great food and relaxed hospitality to locals and visitors alike. We are known for a welcoming vibe and a team that looks after each other. As our kitchen continues to grow, we are looking for reliable casual team members to join us.

About the Role
We are seeking casual Chefs and Kitchenhands to support our Head Chef and kitchen team in delivering quality pub food in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.

- Employment: Casual, with regular hours of [20 to 38] per week

- Pay: Casual rates under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), including casual loading and all applicable penalties for weekends and public holidays

- Chefs: Experience in a high-volume kitchen across sections such as [Grill, Pans, Fryer, Larder]

- Kitchenhands: Keeping the kitchen clean and organised, supporting prep and helping the chefs through service. Experience is welcome, but a great attitude counts for more.
