We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. We have opportunities for either a part time or full-time role. If you are the type of person that is comfortable liaising at all levels with a passion to deliver the highest quality customer service, with a smile, this is the position for you. You will take provide in your personal presentation and will have first class communication skills.

Your day to day duties will include:

- Welcoming of clients into the practice

- Supporting Medical, Speciliast and Allied Health practitioners

- Arrange in consultation with clients future appointments

- Assisting with client inquiries

- Managing client invoicing and receipting

- Telephone inquiries

- Assisting practitioners with administrative duties

You will therefore need the following abilities:

- Provide a professional level of service in all reception based activities

- Possess superior organisational and interpersonal skills





- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a agile and fast paced environment

- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with key internal/external stakeholders

- Time management skills

- High level of initiative

- High level of attention to detail

- Must have the legal right to live and work in this location

- Police check

- Experience working with Best Practice medical software and HICAPS highly desirable but not required.
