Responsibilities:

- Ensure cloud services and infrastructure remain operational, secure, and effectively maintained through completion of routine operational tasks.
- Provide deep technical expertise and enterprise-level experience in the design, implementation, configuration, documentation, management, and support of Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
- Optimize Azure cloud performance and capacity, ensuring consumption is well managed and costs are monitored within budget.
- Maintain licensing compliance across all products and services.
- Implement, test, and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and recovery procedures in line with defined service level agreements.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure backup environments in accordance with RTO and RPO commitments.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve IT team productivity.
- Maintain a strong security posture by ensuring applications, infrastructure, and networks are well architected and supported by robust operational processes that enhance end-user productivity and experience.
- Ensure all recent system designs follow secure-by-design principles.
- Participate in corporate projects and provide infrastructure expertise as required.
- Review solution designs and support project teams in modernizing and optimizing workloads.

Network, Firewall, and Infrastructure





- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Cisco ISE, Meraki, and Zscaler.
- Apply strong expertise in cloud networking and security, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Maintain the security and integrity of network infrastructure across all office locations and cloud environments.
- Deliver infrastructure projects aligned with IT strategy.

Reporting

- Prepare reports for key stakeholders, including senior leadership, that provide visibility into key IT operational metrics, risk areas, and opportunities for improvement.
