We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Trainers and Assessor to join our team and deliver CHC40221 / CHC40225 Certificate IV in school Based Education Support

This is an excellent chance for a passionate training professional who is committed to delivering high-quality vocational education and supporting students to achieve successful outcomes.

This role is a full time opportunity working 4 days during the week and Saturday morning (total 5 days/week). Must be able to work Saturday morning for face to face class. Will consider part-time applicants.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, structured and industry-relevant training and assessment.

- Develop a positive and supportive learning environment.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, assessment outcomes and participation.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.

- Identify and support individual student learning needs.

- Maintain current industry knowledge and vocational competence.

- Participate in professional development and continuous improvement activities.

- Ensure training and assessment is delivered in accordance with ASQA requirements and the Standards for RTOs 2025.





The successful candidate will have:

- CHC40221 Certificate IV in School Based Education Support qualification and relevant industry experience.

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or TAE40116.

- Demonstrated experience delivering and assessing vocational education and training.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

- Current industry knowledge and evidence of ongoing professional development.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional training team.

- Understanding of competency-based training and assessment principles.

- Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake workplace visits
