About the role

Snap Fitness Arana Hills is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager to join our team.

We're an established club with a strong local membership base, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative and wants to play a genuine role in growing the business.

Depending on your experience, the role will involve taking ownership of, or supporting, the day-to-day operations of the club, with a strong focus on membership sales, retention, member experience and club growth.

Key responsibilities

- Drive membership sales through lead follow-ups, club tours and conversions

- Build strong relationships with members and improve retention

- Develop local marketing initiatives, partnerships and referral opportunities

- Recruit, manage and support personal trainers and club staff

- Maintain high standards of club presentation, cleanliness and safety

- Manage day-to-day administration, reporting and operational requirements

- Work towards agreed sales, retention and membership growth targets

- Help build a positive, welcoming and energetic club culture

About you

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, confident with people and comfortable working in a sales-focused environment.

Essential requirements:

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness

- Current First Aid and CPR

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- A genuine passion for health and fitness





- Ability to work independently and take initiative

- Appropriate police and Working with Children checks

Highly regarded:

- Previous gym or fitness industry experience

- Membership sales and retention experience

- Previous management or leadership experience

- Experience recruiting or managing personal trainers

- Certificate IV in Fitness

- Experience in local marketing or business development

You don't necessarily need to have managed a gym before. If you're great with people, solid in sales, hold the required fitness qualifications and are ready to step up, we'd still like to hear from you.

- $60,000–$80,000 depending on experience and role
