About your new role…

We're seeking an experienced and commercially minded quality leader to join our National Supply Chain team as a Technical Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract based at Northmead, NSW.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you'll lead supplier quality governance across CCEP's national supply network, partnering with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Brand Partners to strengthen supplier performance, manage risk and drive operational excellence.

About the Role

· Lead CCEP's Supplier Quality Management Framework and governance programs.

· Drive supplier approval, audit, compliance and performance management processes.

· Manage supplier risk,



corrective actions and business continuity initiatives.

· Act as the SME for supplier quality, food safety and governance.

· Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to improve supplier performance and operational outcomes.

· Support innovation, commercialisation and new supplier introductions.

· Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, compliance and supply chain resilience.

About You

You are a strategic quality leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence and collaborate across a complex stakeholder environment.

You'll bring:

· Extensive experience in Quality, Technical, Food Safety or Supply Chain environments.

· Strong knowledge of supplier quality management, governance and risk management.

· Experience leading audits, compliance programs and corrective action activities.

· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

· A continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving capability.

· Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Food Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.

· FMCG experience is highly regarded.
