At AQUA Schools Sunbury & Keilor Park, we are committed to being the leading centers in delivering lessons to infants, toddlers, and children who are learning to swim.
We believe all our swimmers deserve the best opportunity to learn to swim and that is why we've created our own private facility which ensures our swimmers get the most out of their lessons. Positions Available:
Swimming Instructors:
Our swimming instructors are energetic and engaging teachers with a passion for water safety, in the pool educating little ones on how to swim and be safe around the water.
If you are not yet qualified, financial support can be provided to assist with gaining a swim teacher qualification.
Customer Service Officers:
Our customer service officer role ensures that every family is greeted with a smile! This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work independently. As part of this role, you can expect to be answering phones, replying to emails and assisting customers in the centre.
Prior swim teaching qualification and experience is essential, for this role.
Skills & experience
You must have:
- Working with Children check.
- First aid and CPR (or be willing to obtain).
- Ability to be able to work a range of mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Be a qualified Swim Instructor (AUSTSWIM/Swim Australia/LSV) / have previous teaching experience or be willing to undergo training.
- Australian permanent resident status or equivalent work authorisation.
You may have:
- Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
- Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics
- Drivers Licence
