We’re growing and we’re looking for a confident, friendly and well-organised Receptionist to join our front-of-house team and support our talented Therapists.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every client with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, phone calls and client enquiries
- Coordinate the day-to-day flow of the clinic and support the team
- Handle stock control, client feedback and online store fulfilment
- Assist with marketing and social media activities
- Help create a calm, polished and uplifting Medispa environment
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in reception, customer service or clinic coordination
- Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional presentation and genuine care for clients
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused attitude
