A well-established real estate business is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join its property management team.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of the leasing process across an established residential portfolio, working closely with an experienced property management team.

You’ll coordinate relets from start to finish, including property advertising, enquiries, inspections, applications and communication with landlords and tenants.

Beyond day-to-day leasing, you’ll also assist with recent business administration and advertising, giving you broader exposure across the property management department rather than being limited to inspections alone.

You’ll be joining an established team with good systems, parking provided and the support to manage your workload effectively.

The position includes Saturday work with a midweek day off,



along with flexibility around how additional Saturdays are structured and rewarded.

At least one year of residential leasing experience is required. You’ll need to be organised, confident communicating with landlords and tenants and capable of keeping the leasing process moving across multiple properties.

This would suit an experienced Leasing Consultant looking for greater ownership of their role, a supportive team and the opportunity to broaden their experience within property management.
