Living Gems is one of Australia’s most respected developers of lifestyle resorts for over-50s and we’re looking for a proactive, switched-on Sales Operations Coordinator to help us keep our paperwork as exceptional as our communities.

This is your chance to join a passionate, tight-knit team and play a vital role in the delivery of resort homes and facilities across Queensland and beyond. If you’re sharp with contracts, familiar with construction processes, and ready to own your space, we want to meet you.

What you'll do:

- Be the key point of coordination for all residential construction contract documentation
- Review and coordinate contracts to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow
- Keep our contract systems organised, accurate, and always up to date
- Help shape best practice in contract management across the team
- Stay informed on changes to legislation, particularly around manufactured homes

What You’ll Bring:

- Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field
- A good grasp of contract law, particularly in residential construction and/or manufactured homes
- Confidence navigating construction documentation
- Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a natural communicator
- Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (bonus points for CRM and doc management tools)
