We currently have an opportunity available for an Automotive Service Adviser at Auto Leaders & SuperCool, Southport. We are a family owned and operated business, looking for someone with a positive attitude and a good work ethic.

What we do at Auto Leaders & SuperCool

· Logbook & General Servicing on motor cars & light commercial vehicles.

· All mechanical repairs including clutch, brakes, suspension, timing belts, disc machining etc.

· Diagnostics.

· Car Air Conditioning servicing & repairs.

· Rust Protection for Cars & 4 Wheel Drives.

Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.

· Communicate effectively with customers about service progress and costs.

· Coordinate with technicians to prioritise tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.

· Preparation of work orders, ordering parts and liaising with suppliers.

· Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.





· Preparation of invoices & billing.

· Deliver high-quality outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

· Quote jobs accordingly.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role as an Automotive Service Adviser (would also suit a mechanic looking to get off the tools).

· Knowledge of Motor Vehicles and/or parts highly regarded.

· Must have a valid Australian Manual Drivers Licence.

· Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team player.

· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong attention to detail
