About the Venue
The Republic Hotel is a true CBD icon, loved by locals, office crowds and visitors alike. We are known for great food, a relaxed vibe and a team that looks after each other. As we continue to evolve our food offering, we are looking to grow our kitchen team with dedicated new members.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Chef de Partie to support our Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering quality pub food built on fresh ingredients and consistent execution.

About the Role

- Position: Full-Time Chef de Partie (Trade Qualified)

- Employment terms: Paid hourly under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), with all applicable penalties and rates. Please note, an annualised salary is not offered.

- Key responsibilities: Candidates must be experienced and proficient in a high-volume pub kitchen, including [sections, e.g. Grill, Pans, Fryer, Larder]
