Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be successful in this role by maintaining a high standard of construction quality, on time deliverables, meaningful reporting and accountability for your sites including OH&S; requirements.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction, specifically focused on new home builds.
- Proven expertise in building New Dwellings, with strong proficiency in modern construction software (e.g., Databuild,
Companion or similar).
- Demonstrated track record in construction supervision, managing multiple active residential sites simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of the S.E Queensland residential building market, local trade networks, and QBCC requirements.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management) or a trade background with an open/medium-rise QBCC Builder Licence is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Costing: Assisting with recommending contractors for end-to-end pricing, take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and budget management for current single and multi-dwelling residential projects.
Construction Supervision: Oversee on-site supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to ensure all builds progress on schedule, within budget, and to premium quality standards.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to QBCC regulations, National Construction Code (NCC), and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, and local aurthorities as appropriate to do so.
