We have graduate and early career therapy opportunities in varied disciplines in the following locations:

- Whyalla – OT, SP and EP
- Berri – OT and SP
- Kadina – OT, SP and PT

About the Graduate and Early Career Program

Our graduate and early career program starts with a supportive and extensive six-month orientation that includes:

- An intensive initial orientation, blending collective learning with all our new starters and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peers
- Weekly clinical supervision with further informal supports
- Regular coaching from your team leader to adjust to the challenges of work, and
- A diverse clientele with a chance to deliver services to children, young people and adults living with disability, as part of a multi-disciplinary team

We have senior therapy opportunities available in varied disciplines in the following locations:

- Berri – OT and SP
- Broken Hill – OT and SP
- Murray Bridge – OT, SP and PT
- Port Lincoln - OT
- Whyalla – OT and SP

About the Senior roles





As an experienced Allied Health professional at Novita, you will:

- Manage a diverse and complex caseload, delivering evidence-based assessments and tailored programs of support
- Provide clinical leadership by supervising early career occupational therapists and supporting their career development
- Lead by example in the delivery evidence-based, client-centred therapeutic supports
- Contribute to service innovation within your own caseload and across the whole organisation by developing community-based programs and enhancing service delivery
- Actively participate in service planning, client reviews, and multidisciplinary decision-making
- Work closely with other senior clinicians, team leaders and clinical leads to support positive team culture and improve service delivery

About You

As well as being aligned with Novita’s ICARE values, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualification in your field
- Current registration with AHPRA (or impending registration) and with the professional body relevant to your discipline
- An innovative, resourceful and creative therapy approach that reflects a competent level of professional knowledge and skill
- Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, colleagues and leaders
- Current working with children check and NDIS worker check
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use you own vehicle for work-related travel is desirable
