We're looking for an experienced project manager with experience in shopfitting or commercial joinery projects.

The role is based on the North side of Brisbane and is a role perfect for someone proactive and comfortable making decisions when things don't go to plan. You'll take pride in the quality of the work, the way projects are run and the relationships you build along the way!

The Role

- Be the link between clients, workshop, trades, suppliers and site teams - keeping projects organised, on track and delivered to a high standard.
- Manage projects across SEQ from start to finish, including programs, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage procurement, costs, variations, quality and project documentation.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality and safety across both workshop and site.
- Identify issues early and find practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage defects through to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.





About You

- Trade background in carpentry, shopfitting or cabinet making.
- Previous experience in project management, production management or site supervision.
- Strong understanding of the pace nature of the shopfitting / commercial fitout process.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
