Our client is a highly regarded strata management business that has recently taken over the management of a significant master-planned community in the South-West Sydney Region.

This is a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of a large-scale residential estate comprising approximately 2,000 homes and 5,000 residents, with over 200 hectares of open space and premium shared facilities including parks, pools, fitness facilities, retail and landscaped areas.

About the role
As Community Facilities & Precinct Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the precinct, building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders while ensuring the community is well maintained, presented and operating effectively.
You’ll be involved in:

- Managing day-to-day operations across a large residential precinct
- Building strong relationships with residents, committees, contractors and key stakeholders
- Coordinating maintenance, landscaping, facilities and common areas
- Managing and resolving resident and stakeholder issues
- Overseeing contractors and service providers
- Supporting the presentation, functionality and ongoing improvement of the community
- Working across multiple schemes and facilities within the broader precinct

About you




We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in Building Management, Facilities Management, Community Management or Precinct Management
- Confident managing a large and diverse residential community
- Strong with stakeholder and resident relationships
- Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Qualified, approachable and confident dealing with complex issues
- Someone who takes genuine pride in the presentation and operation of a premium community

What’s on offer

- $100K–$115K Package + Super
- Car allowance included within package
- Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30am–3:30pm
