B&G; Enterprises (NSW) Pty Ltd is looking for a qualified Maintenance Plumber to join our experienced Sydney team.
You’ll work across the City West Housing portfolio and other community and social-housing contracts in Pyrmont, Alexandria, Rockdale and Marsfield.

Our tradespeople are supported by experienced operations, management and administration teams, helping them deliver consistent service and meet significant repair timeframes.
What you’ll be doing
- Completing reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, taps, toilets and water services
- Clearing blocked drains and completing drainage repairs
- Repairing and replacing hot-water systems
- Attending urgent make-safe and priority work orders
- Working in occupied and vacant community-housing properties
- Recording accurate job notes, photographs and materials
- Communicating professionally with tenants, housing representatives and the B&G; team
- Completing every job safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What we’re looking for
- Current NSW plumbing licence and relevant trade qualifications
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
- Maintenance or service-plumbing experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Confidence using a mobile phone or tablet for job updates
- A reliable, respectful and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to complete required pre-employment checks
Community or social-housing experience is highly regarded, but it isn’t essential. If you’re a capable maintenance plumber with the right attitude, strong people skills and pride in your work, we encourage you to apply.
