In late November, we're relocating into an incredible new flagship-style store within Chadstone Shopping Centre, creating a larger, more immersive retail experience for our customers and collectors.

This is a unique opportunity to join the team during an exciting period of growth, help launch one of POP MART Australia's most significant stores, and be part of building something truly special from day one.

As we prepare for our busiest trading period of the year, we're looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Sales Associates to help deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the holiday season and major product launches.

What You'll Do

Deliver Great Customer Experiences

- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service

- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections

- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Maintain Store Standards





- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards

- Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy

- Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready

Support Daily Store Operations

- Process transactions accurately through POS systems

- Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards

- Support product launches and peak trading periods

Our Ideal Candidate

- Available throughout the holiday trading period (November to January)

- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment during peak season

- Comfortable assisting large volumes of customers during major product releases and holiday periods

- Customer-focused, energetic and approachable

- Passionate about pop culture, collectibles or fandom-led brands

- Genuinely interested in POP MART products and character IPs

- Thrives in fast-paced retail environments

- Takes initiative and maintains high standards

- Reliable, positive and a great team player

- Excited to be part of our new Chadstone store opening

Seasonal Casual Availability Requirements

- Availability to work 3-5 days per week is preferred.

- Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.

- Availability throughout November, December and January is essential.

- Flexibility to support peak trading periods, public holidays and major product launches is required.

- Additional hours may be available during key holiday trading weeks.

- Rosters are planned in advance where possible, however flexibility is highly valued during peak season.
