The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties. This is an prospect for an experienced property professional who takes pride in providing excellent service to landlords and tenants, is highly organised, and enjoys working as part of a supportive and skilled team.
Key responsibilities
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Conducting routine inspections and property inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing arrears, breaches and tenancy matters
- Preparing and maintaining accurate property records
- Communicating with owners, tenants and contractors
- Managing lease renewals and routine tenancy administration
- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with legislation and agency procedures
- Providing a high level of customer service and communication
About you
- Has previous property management experience
- Holds a current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration – Property Management
- Has a current Australian driver's licence
- Has a roadworthy and appropriately insured vehicle
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Can work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- Works well as part of a team and is willing to assist others when required
- Takes direction and follows established systems and procedures
- Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to their work
