An opportunity currently exists for a Product Systems & Data Specialist based at our Kingsgrove / Macq Park / Altona site on a permanent, full time basis.



Reporting to the Head of Product & Growth – Governance, Projects and Systems, the Product Systems & Data Lead is a senior role responsible for owning and driving product information systems and workflows.

Key accountabilities include:

- Lead and maintain system integrity across Optiva, D365 ERP, BOM, and Silo platforms.

- Design, implement, and improve workflows for product data creation, approval, and integration.

- Approve product recipes, data entries, and Optiva statuses in line with governance standards.

- Support, guide and quality-check work completed by the Product Information Specialist.

- Build system and data capability across the P&G; function through coaching and structured upskilling.
