- OTE $250K – $300K+ (based on strong lead flow & lucrative commission structure)

The Candidate:

- Proven experience in real estate BDM role
- A closer’s mindset with a passion for winning business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Energy, drive, and a results-focused attitude
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
