About the Role:

A diverse role across HR, Office administration and operational support.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office & HR Administrator to join our Head Office team.

This newly expanded full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is comfortable supporting both people and operational functions within a growing business.

Reporting to the People, Performance & Compliance Manager, you will support our HR processes, key client administration, the mobilisation of new contracts across commercial cleaning, aged care and food-industry sanitation and Return to Work activities.

What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, inductions and employee documentation

- Maintaining HR records, compliance registers and training records

- Completing employee and contractor compliance checks

- Preparing reports, registers, site folders and training packs

- Assisting with payroll, timesheets and leave administration

- Supporting key client contracts,



including our growing aged care portfolio

- Assisting with mobilisation of new sites and contracts

- Providing general administrative support to senior and operational management

- Maintaining WHS, ISO 9001 and operational documentation

- Coordinating day-to-day Return to Work administration

- Managing client work orders from receipt through to completion and close-out

What we’re looking for:

You will ideally have:

- 2–3 years’ experience in HR administration, office administration or operational coordination

- Strong organisation and follow-up skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong Microsoft 365 skills

- High attention to detail and accurate record keeping

- Confidence dealing with employees, managers, clients and external stakeholders

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

- A professional approach to confidential information

Experience in Return to Work/workers compensation, will be highly regarded. Existing ReturnToWorkSA Return to Work Coordinator certification would be advantageous; however, training can be provided to the right candidate.
