Lead ERP Data Analyst | Data Readiness
Lead enterprise data readiness and cleansing activities for a major ERP transformation, using SQL, Excel, Power Query and reporting tools to improve data quality across HR, finance, procurement, and travel and expense systems.

Location : ACT
Contract Duration: 10 months + 6-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks

- Profile and assess legacy enterprise data, identifying and quantifying data quality issues.
- Lead hands-on data cleansing, remediation, validation and repeatable quality checks across multiple systems.
- Develop data readiness baselines, remediation registers, quality measures and status reporting.
- Identify potential archiving candidates and provide evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Criteria

- Strong experience extracting, profiling, analysing, cleansing and validating complex enterprise data using SQL, Excel, Power Query or comparable tools.
- Experience delivering data readiness or legacy data cleansing for ERP, HRIS, finance,



procurement or travel and expense systems.
- Proven ability to identify data quality issues and undertake, automate or coordinate practical remediation.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, workload planning and communication skills across complex multi-domain environments.
