The position being offered is initially for a casual Gardener role with potential growth opportunities and eventual potential permanent part-time status for the suitable candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to scheduled gardening maintenance programs
- Present in a professional and organised manner at all times, including exercising discretion and respect for Client's properties and privacy
- Ensure reliability and punctuality
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of work sites, including equipment, tool and machinery inventory
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work workplace at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently, effectively and in an orderly manner
About you
- Proven previous experience in a Gardening Role or a related field & industry
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and working in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques, tools and equipment is an asset
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Current driver's license and own transport
- Permanent Australian Resident
