About the role

As our Trade & Marketing Co-Ordinator, you will help our Commercial and Brand teams deliver brand campaigns and trade activity across our portfolio. Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager in our Marketing team, you will work with our sales and operations teams, as well as marketing agencies, vendors and key customers, to get campaigns from brief to launch. This is a 10 month, full-time maximum term role based at our Oakleigh South office.

What you will be doing

- Coordinate trade marketing activity, including POS, trade communications, and digital and print advertising
- Take campaign artwork from graphic brief through to approvals and retailer submission, including Adcheck and TAPS approvals where needed
- Keep internal teams informed ahead of campaigns and help run post campaign reviews
- Create and manage product samples and mock ups for trade, innovation and gate presentations
- Update our brand websites, run sales campaigns across customer and in house platforms, and look after consumer responses on social and product reviews when our Communications Manager is away




- Keep our assets organised across portals such as GS1, SkuVantage and Nitro Collab, as well as our marketing drives and Dropbox
- Support monthly market insight reporting, competitor and category reviews, social media tracking, marketing expense reporting and general team administration

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- At least 1.5 years' experience in a trade marketing coordinator role in FMCG or pharmacy
- A tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications
