We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for friendly, motivated people to join us in a full-time, phone-based customer engagement role.
No previous experience is required. If you’re confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude and are ready to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching and plenty of support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll spend your day speaking with existing supporters over the phone, having positive and professional conversations while building strong relationships.
Your day will include:
• Speaking with existing supporters
• Building rapport and positive relationships
• Providing a professional customer experience
• Following clear systems and processes
• Developing your communication skills
• Working towards individual and team goals
• Taking part in ongoing coaching and development
• Working alongside a supportive team
Every second Friday is yours — giving you a regular three-day weekend.
