Link Radiology is a locally owned and operated, non-corporate, radiology practice. Our staff are dedicated to providing high quality, patient focused, medical imaging services to our local community. At Link, we do not compromise on quality, with our experienced staff utilising state-of-the-art equipment to provide the highest standard of care. Our comprehensive practice offers a wide range of medical imaging services including low dose CT, Ultrasound, Digital Radiography, Interventional Radiology and Dental Imaging.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a private radiology practice or medical field preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail is a must
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills both over the phone and in person
- Previous experience using the Visage radiology information system would be an advantage
- Possess a positive and happy personality with excellent communication skills
- Possess a caring and compassionate nature to assist with patients both over the phone and in person
- Experience with Microsoft programs and typing skills
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Ability to cover annual / sick leave is favourable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer service
- Patient registration and billing
- Banking
- Medicare claims along with WorkCover and private billing
- Phone enquires and bookings
- Liaise with referring practitioners
- Dropping off referrals and information / marketing packs
- Organising marketing GP lunches
