We are looking for applications from students who are graduating this year – 2026, to be part of the Goldwind Graduate Program! Note: Please include a cover letter with your application.

As part of our Construction Team, you will:

- Participate in a structured 24-month graduate development program.

- Learn from experienced Project Managers and renewable energy professionals.

- Gain exposure to all stages of wind farm delivery, from planning and construction through to commissioning and handover.

- Work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

- Develop skills in project management, construction delivery, stakeholder engagement, project controls, and contract administration.

- Visit project sites and experience firsthand how large-scale renewable energy infrastructure is built.





- Build the foundations for a long-term career in renewable energy project delivery.

Your Background

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about renewable energy and infrastructure project delivery.

You will ideally have:

- A degree in Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

- A strong interest in construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects.

- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic project setting.

Relevant university projects, internships, or work experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or renewable energy will be highly regarded but are not essential.
