We are looking for two experienced chefs to join our team across our Italian restaurants:

? Pizza Chef – Il Birrificio Pizzeria
? 1385 Toorak Road, Camberwell

? Pasta Chef – La Bottega Trattoria
? Carnegie

Pizza Chef – Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef

- Strong experience with Italian-style pizza

- Confident in hand-stretching dough

- Experienced with a wood-fired oven

- Good understanding of dough preparation and fermentation

- Able to confidently manage the pizza section during busy service

- Consistent with quality, cooking and presentation

Pasta Chef – Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Pasta Chef

- Solid experience with fresh pasta and Italian cuisine

- Confident preparing traditional Italian sauces and pasta dishes

- Good knowledge of Italian cooking techniques

- High attention to quality, consistency and presentation





- Able to manage the pasta section efficiently during busy service

For both positions, we're looking for people who are reliable, organised, passionate about Italian food and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.
