As we continue to grow, we’re looking for two exceptional retail leaders to join our Warringah Mall team:

- Assistant Store Manager – Permanent Full-Time

- Store Manager – 12 month Maternity Leave Cover

As part of the Warringah Mall leadership team, you’ll play a key role in building a strong store culture, developing your team, driving performance and ensuring every customer leaves with an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and supporting the team to deliver strong day-to-day store operations

- Coaching and developing team members to create a positive, high-performing environment

- Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service





- Driving sales performance and supporting the store in achieving commercial targets

- Managing stock, merchandising and promotional execution

- Leading from the floor and creating a strong, engaged team culture

- Working closely with the wider Retail Leadership team to deliver on business priorities

Who You Are

- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally at Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager level

- Experience in beauty, fashion or a similar fast-paced retail environment is highly regarded

- A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor with their team

- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of customer service, stock management and driving sales performance

- Passionate about coaching, developing and getting the best out of your team

- Supportive, accountable and comfortable leading by example
