Swimming Pool Technician at Clark Rubber. While predominantly out on the road, some retail shop work will be required during the cooler months of the year.
Key responsibilities
- General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools
- Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
- Sales and installation of new equipment
- Quote generation and follow up
- Scheduling and inventory management
About you
- Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team setting as required
- Have excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English
- Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers
- Take pride in their work
- Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge
- A current driver's license with a good driving record
- Great customer service skills and an ability to work in a team
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised
- Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers
