We're looking for a Casual Team Leader who can take charge of a shift, lead from the front, support the team, and make sure our guests leave already planning their next visit.

At 23rd Street Distillery, no two days are the same. From busy lunch services and cocktail sessions to weddings, events and live entertainment, you'll play a key role in keeping service running smoothly while creating memorable experiences.

What You'll Bring

- Previous hospitality leadership or supervisor experience

- Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong food, beverage and customer service knowledge

- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed

- RSA (essential)

- RP Badge or willingness to obtain

- Availability across weekends,



evenings and peak periods
