We're searching for an experiencedParts & Accessories Salesperson who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping riders bring their Harley-Davidson vision to life.

The Role As a key member of our Parts & Accessories team, you'll assist our valued customers in finding the perfect Harley-Davidson products, including:

- Genuine Harley-Davidson parts and accessories
- Premium riding gear and helmets
- Timeless Harley-Davidson leather apparel
- Casual clothing and sportswear
- Collectables, gifts and general merchandise

Your product knowledge, enthusiasm, and customer service skills will help create an exceptional dealership experience for every rider who walks through our doors.

As a Parts & Accessories Salesperson, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel and riding gear
- Recommend products and explain features and benefits with confidence
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Ensure stock is displayed, replenished and organised
- Stay up to date with new products, industry trends and motorcycle technology

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel and riding gear
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within the motorcycle, automotive or lifestyle industries
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory)
