Phoenix Learning and Care Group in Launceston is hiring a Support Worker to provide protected, nurturing homes for children facing social and emotional challenges, including trauma. You’ll help with daily routines, meals, homework, and activities, and you'll be trained to support 24/7 needs.

You’ll build trust, support development, and be a role model, with 28 days leave, pension, DBS covered, sleep-in allowances and wellbeing benefits.
