Career pathway into Participant Coordination
Explore ISA’s website, Support Worker Search, Community Search Engine, Participant Toolkit and more. We’ve built something we’re genuinely proud of — and we’re looking for the right people to help us take it further. Visit isagroup.com.au and see what we’re about.
Inclusive Solutions Australia is looking for a highly organised, capable and detail-focused Participant Services Officer to join our growing team.
This is a key support role within our External Services team and would suit someone who already understands the NDIS environment, is solid with administration and compliance, and genuinely enjoys keeping things organised, accurate and moving.
You will work closely with our External Service Coordinator and broader management team, supporting participant administration, documentation, Service Agreements, compliance, systems and day-to-day service operations.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of their workload without needing to be constantly followed up.
What you’ll be doing
The role will include:
- participant administration and file management
- Service Agreement preparation, variations and renewals
- compliance documentation and document control
- ShiftCare updates and participant system maintenance
- timesheet and case-note review
- participant file audits and follow-up of outstanding documentation
- general operational support to the External Services team
- assisting with service coordination activities as required
- providing additional operational support during periods of leave or increased workload.
This is not simply a data-entry role. We need someone who understands the importance of accurate documentation, strong systems and timely follow-through in an NDIS provider environment.
About you
You will ideally have:
- previous experience within an NDIS provider, disability or community-services environment
- strong administration and organisational skills
- excellent attention to detail
- confidence working with participant documentation and compliance requirements
- experience with Service Agreements, participant files and service records
- strong written and verbal communication
- the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies and things that don’t look right
- confidence using systems such as ShiftCare or similar platforms
- the ability to work independently while also being part of a busy operational team.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is smart, reliable, proactive and accountable .
You should be the type of person who notices what has been missed, follows things through properly and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Why this role is different
This position is expected to start at three days per week , with the opportunity to increase to full-time as the External portfolio grows.
For the right person, there is also a genuine development pathway into a future Participant Coordinator role with greater responsibility across participant relationships, service coordination and operational oversight.
If you have strong NDIS knowledge, excellent administration skills and want a role where you can grow with the organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
