Henry’s Plumbing, Electrical & Air Conditioning is looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of our growing service business.

You’ll be the control centre of our operation, coordinating technicians across the day, juggling schedules, solving logistical challenges, and making sure every job has the right people, information, and support to get the job done properly. Your focus is clear: remove roadblocks and keep the team moving to ensure we deliver excellent service.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Scheduling and dispatching technicians to make the best use of each day

Managing daily changes, urgent jobs and competing priorities

Keeping technicians informed, supported and productive

Communicating with customers and managing expectations

Coordinating job requirements, access and preparation

Identifying issues early and finding practical solutions

Helping improve systems and processes as the business grows

Who We’re Looking For

This role will suit someone with experience in coordination, scheduling, dispatch or operations.

Your background may include:

Service coordination or scheduling

Plumbing, electrical,



HVAC or trade services

Property management or real estate operations

Construction coordination or project administration

Transport, logistics or fleet operations

Other fast-paced customer or operational roles

You don’t need the exact job title. We’re looking for someone who can:

Manage competing priorities without losing control

Communicate confidently with customers, technicians and leadership
