Reporting to the Concession Manager, the Sales & Stock Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day sales and stock operations of the concession. This role plays an important part in maintaining stock accuracy, store presentation and an organised, effective retail environment.

- Customer service experience, ideally within a retail environment
- A natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- A passion for fashion, styling and industry trends
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
- Motivated to contribute to sales targets and store KPIs
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support sales opportunities on the shop floor.
- Assist with stock processing, replenishment, transfers and stocktakes.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure stockrooms are organised and efficient.
- Support loss prevention initiatives and follow stock handling procedures.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Assist with deliveries and ensure new stock is processed and floor-ready promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
